So during the Closed Beta I found a neat little trick that allowed you to circumvent the 3 slot PA limit.

What basically happens is that during your attack animations, you can switch to another weapon of the same weapon class (or the very same weapon if you set it multiple times on the palette) and keep attacking uninterrupted while gaining access to the PAs/Techs linked to the new weapon.
You can either switch to another weapon manually by scrolling up and down, or by using the number-pad shortcuts if you're playing with a keyboard.
This little trick can open up a lot of options if used correctly (like being able to chain together 4 PAs seamlessly in a combo as opposed to the standard 3 or less).
One thing to note is that this trick will now work if you switch to a weapon from another weapon class (such as switching from sword to anything but sword).
Another thing is that if you switch to another weapon of the same class, but not to the exact same weapon, you will suffer the delays of the weapon animation switch once you stop attacking and let the game load.

This trick could open up quite a few new possibilities for Hunter combos.
